Question 2

Tina works as a Maintenance TM in the Assembly shop. A piece of equipment on the line broke-down and she was sent to fix it. She anticipated a small amount of oil needing to be drained from the machine to complete the task. So, she had set up an oil pan under her work area. Approximately 1 gallon of oil was drained from the machine and into the oil pan. Tina had placed the oil pan on an uneven surface which caused the pan to tip over and spill the oil onto the ground. Using the TM Spill Response flowchart how should Tina respond to this incident?
